I still don't have enough brainteasers or crosswords to work on to keep me happy! What's out there in the way of a new book to buy other than the standard crossword fare?? What does Dave mackey think I should work on-he's always on the beach with a great puzzle book!!<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/150851432924057099-8300837211221836172?l=ledgerfromhaliburton.blogspot.com'/></div>Nancyvanstonehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09764384870569046995noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-150851432924057099.post-46305397604819101912007-05-25T16:45:00.000-07:002007-05-25T16:52:34.204-07:00May 25,2007Long overdue. I wish all of my American readers a happy Memorial Day weekend. Does anyone like Cox and Rathvon. I'd like some comments about the new Mensa cryptic 2 book. This weekend I'll do my standby fix of fraser Simpson with the Globe and Mail puzzle on Saturday.<br />Who else enjoys that one?? I'm still glad that there are so many puzzle books out there and the majority are still American. Please leave comments one and all.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/150851432924057099-4630539760481910191?l=ledgerfromhaliburton.blogspot.com'/></div>Nancyvanstonehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09764384870569046995noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-150851432924057099.post-21845308876649592982007-04-27T08:18:00.000-07:002007-04-27T08:24:54.380-07:00Post ACPTI've recovered from the online competing of last month's ACPT. I found the puzzles easy this year?? How did others find them?? Every day I attemt a new weekend warrior on Peter Gordon's editing of the SUN puzzle. Books 12 & 13 are great. The contest in this month's games seems like alot of fun. Pencil puzzles seem to be my forte. Cheers for the upcoming weekend, everyone!!<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/150851432924057099-2184530887664959298?l=ledgerfromhaliburton.blogspot.com'/></div>Nancyvanstonehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09764384870569046995noreply@blogger.com1
